Modern Tropical Minimalist
The interior spaces are layered with low-profile, custom-tailored furniture to preserve unobstructed panoramic ocean views.
The brief
Nestled along the pristine volcanic coastline of the Kona Coast, this estate was conceived as a seamless extension of its natural environment. The architectural blueprint centers on the concept of indoor-outdoor fluidity, erasing the boundary between the curated interior and the Pacific Ocean. Utilizing a rich palette of native coral stone, reclaimed teak, and polished concrete, the design strikes a balance between raw, elemental power and refined luxury.
